Well that is a tough one! The legs don't align but it looks like you're trying to align by the back legs, which is fine, I'd stick to trying to get leg alignment like the first few poses or maybe see how the dog looks with the front legs aligned.
As far as everything else goes, the file is SO HEXED that it's really hard to tell much. For a profile pose, the head on the third-row 2nd pose looks good but the legs are off and the tail is way too straight. Look for something with that head, better legs, and the curliest tail you can get. As far as a front pose would go, since the (normal) nose and eyes are missing, it's pretty hard to tell what would be ideal. The very first pose looks like it might be okay?
Just a note though, even shows who accept realistic-hexed breeds might not accept this dog since it wasn't hexed realistically/to look good in a pose.

It is a very hexed file I'm unsure who made it but the only thing on LNZ is 'orange pheonix' Thanks for your help though.
