Your first dog isn't fully grown, and most judges prefer or require fully grown pets in shows, however, the pose looks okay except the pup is turned too far from the camera. See how you can see a lot of the front left ankle sticking out behind the front right ankle/leg? Dogs are 99% of the time aligned by their front wrists, so you should only see a couple pixels of the far front ankle. The second dog is also turned too far from the camera and this is not really posing, see how the ears are flattened close to the head and kinda weird? I call it a "spook pose" because the dog looks kinda nervous but still slightly pose-like. For a Dalmatian-type dog like that, you're going to want a pose that looks like this: Notice how the ears are perked and make the head have a nice wedge shape, and you can only see a couple pixels of the far front ankle behind the nearer front ankle. A real pose will look like this: If you have P5, you want to snap the picture at the same time as the gold star pops up. If you have P4, hold down the spacebar and then go through all the pictures to find the one that looks like the gold star and the other dog above.
