I paint specifically miniatures for board games/ war games/ role playing games (D&D). I'm not terribly great at it though.

I'd say that I'm in the middle. I cook practically every meal I eat, so I know what I put in it. Now, I don't always make the healthiest meals, but I try my best to add a little bit of everything in all my meals (fiber, veggies, fruits, meat, etc). I don't count calories, but I count sugar. I trained myself to eat less sugar. I've limited myself to a dessert a day and sometimes I don't eat one >:3 I truly believe watching your food intake is really important. A lot of my health problems have been solved by changing what I ate. Now I used to exercise more, but the past 6 months I've been so lazy :< its bad. I want to get back into exercising every day, but nothing too crazy; just running and exercises for my back, arms, and legs. Are you a board gamer? (Not monopoly; like board games from here: boardgamegeek.com/)
