Now I know I'm biased (Mabari fans forever!) but I like the first and the last the best. Mine doesn't even want to pose, just growl at my dinosaur.

My vote goes to that third pose. I love his head alignment in that shot=) and I think his leg alignment isn't too bad either? Although with this hex, it's a little harder to judge for me.
Perhabs he could be turned ever so slightly more away from the camera, but I'm not 100% sure. Out of these poses though, I would go with #3.

I'm not too concerned with the head as I'm sure I can get a better position. The legs/feet are what's bothering me. I just want to get an idea of what the correct leg alignment is. I'll try to get more poses in a bit. None of these are really poses I intend to use, just examples of his leg alignment.

This is an awesome hexed dog with some pretty neat spotwork to boot, but certainly a tough one to pose. Even by OB standards, it's pretty wonky. But, like OB files, you will need to choose to align by either the front or back legs. Go by the feet/ankles. The first pose has the front legs aligned quite well, while the 2nd and 3rd poses are aligned by the back. As dali poses go, the 3rd pose is good, as it looks like the head is as centered as it is going to get. As a profile, the first pose has an excellent head. The fourth pose isn't good, as the dog is either skinny posing or breathing out all the way, though the legs are well aligned by the front. I think this will come down to a matter of personal preference really, as long as you get either the front or back legs aligned, and get a nice head, you should be fine. Just decide which you like best, what makes him look prouder and more confident.
