I said Google 'cause I've been using it the longest, but Bing is what I use when we have low bandwidth because it's the only one that actually loads when hughesnet decides our internet needs to be slower than the slowest dial up connection. I haven't actually noticed any difference in search results between Google or Bing.

DuckDuckGo because I don't like being tracked by Google for every little health query, recipe look up, shopping list etc. although I do end up using it sometimes out of habit.

Advertising mostly. Like most sites that are free they have to make money some how and I get that but I dislike having a profile built up about me based on every search made, and video watched (I'm often still logged into YouTube due to laziness)
Ever shop for something online and then visit a forum to see the same product advertised at the bottom? That's a simple example of tracking cookies. I have an add-on that blocks Google Widgets added to websites and Google is embedded in a large number of websites that it actually surprised me. Sometimes it's just something simple like a video someone has linked from YT but a lot of the time it's either the widgets or ads.
Sites like Google and Facebook can also used these little nuggets of info to build up a profile about you and use that to push other products or they sell that information to third parties. I don't go all tin foil hat about it but it's like someone reading your texts over your shoulder; there's nothing particularly interesting for them to see but I'm still entitled to my privacy.

Google. I use it 99% of the time but I'll sometimes use Bing if I can't find what I'm looking for. I dislike having a profile built up about me based on every search made, and video watched. Ever shop for something online and then visit a forum to see the same product advertised at the bottom? I actually don't mind that too much? its nice for the ads to show things your interested in xP (and thus all ads I see are dog related lol) and I sometimes find interesting info/sites/products that way.

Ironically I don't mind that so much when on Amazon because you can discover other good books and music that way. The adverts for Amazon popping up on other websites that featured what I had bought for my daughter's birthday were a bit annoying though. (>_<)

Google's better than bing in my opinion. The results are more relevant. Although the fact that google is trying to force google+ on everyone annoys me so much.

Yeah I don't like google+ either, and since google owns YouTube now your google+ is linked to your YouTube, it can get annoying, it feels like Google+ is competing with Facebook and twitter but I doubt it will ever be more popular
