Just saying this ahead of time, I'm not planning on making any large changes to this, just was wondering what you guys thought/if you noticed anything that could use changing? (:

Hurts. So bad.
Kimbrel's body writhed and curled in pain. Her mind went fuzzy and she could no longer think straight. One moment she was in the shower, steam cascading around her, her body relaxed. Then very suddenly a headache came on and within seconds she had fainted. No explanation and no soft landing. Her limbs and spine went numb. She fell swiftly to the bottom of the tub, pain overtaking her.
W-wait. What happened?
After what felt like hours, she was able to open her eyes again. Shapes and shadows danced in her vision. So fuzzy she couldn't even make out where the edge of the tub was. Kimbrel reached out, touching the side of the tub, and tried to ease herself up. A jolt of pain went up her spine and vibrated furiously in her head. She put her palm to her head, trying to steady the dizziness that was swaying her. Her hands met something sticky and warm on her forehead. Blood, she knew. She pulled her hand away bringing it close to her face to investigate the damage. She now noticed that the one side of the tub was covered in it. Her nose curled up at the scent of it. I must have hit my head pretty hard.
She swayed once and more black flooded her vision. A soft buzzing started in the back of her head and slowly, painfully worked its way to the front. Her eyes felt as though they were vibrated in her head. It continued getting louder by the second, until all she could feel was the pain. And just as the buzzing had started, so did the screaming. From the back of her head to the front. Her brain felt as though it may shatter. She could not tell if the scream was coming from inside her or if it was being ripped out of her throat. Bile rose in her mouth.
Kimbrel attempted to sit up, cringing from the pain it caused. She managed to put her weight on her right hand as she leaned into the back end of the tub. Rays of light were visible through the black, though barely. Out of the tub. She told herself, reaching for the edge once more. This time she was able to haul her upper body onto the side of the tub. The cold porcelain pressed hard against her chest and Kimbrel gagged. Her stomach started twisting and turning and Kimbrel knew she would be sick.
The screaming continued, dumbing her. She couldn't think straight, could barely think at all. Her brain felt like it might explode. Her heart was racing, burning. Her blood felt like it had been lit on fire. She tried to cry out but the sound that escaped her lips was a mix between a sob and a gasp. She couldn't talk, couldn't scream. What's happening? Stop. I have to make it stop. She didn't have much time. Using all her force she managed to haul her leg over the side of the tub. Nothing left to keep her up she half rolled, half fell over on to the ceramic flooring on to her back.
Kimbrel's vision flickered once, twice. She rolled to her side, unable to lift her head up. Her stomach jerked again and she vomited. Stop... She knew her eyes were open but she still couldn't see a thing. She tried to lift herself, to crawl to a phone. To crawl anywhere. She managed to drag herself across the floor, the smell of vomit making bile rise in her throat again. Kimbrel reached forward for something, anything to grab on to. She closed her fist on a handful of material. Denim? She gasped, recognization settling in. A leg. Darkness was falling around her.
Someone's here. Who's there? Help. Please help me.
