Ok, I don't know if this is the right section but I have lots of questions! 1) When I register a dog, what is the parents PKC#? 2) How do I know if my dog's breed is PKC recognised? 3) How do I know if the pose is okay? 4) What should I use to open the pictur of my pet (eg. how do I know it's a GIF or PNG and if it's not how can I make it one? Thanks (and sorry for being a pain! :-[ )

If your dog's parents are PKC registered, you use their numbers as the parents. If they aren't or the pet doesn't have parents, you leave those sections blank.
You check through the list of accepted breedfiles to see if yours is on the list.
You ask on the forum either here or on the PKC forum if the pose is good.
If you go to Settings in PetzA in-game, you can set the default photo type to be GIF, PNG or BMP. I recommend PNG and it will automatically take photos in that format and good quality GIF and PNGs are the only acceptable formats for photos in the PKC.

Sure, I've got experience in PKC breedz so I can help you out. Just be careful for some files, they can be ridiculously challenging to pose (a lot of the Java files fit that description, so if you don't know what I'm talking about then you have nothing to worry about, haha).

Another question, how do you add more than one image? Here's one anyway (And I have no idea what your talking about so it's no worries! ) Attachments:

Upload them to a site like Photobucket, Tinypic, Imageshack, Imgur. Don't attach them to your pots, that's not how to properly post images But that guy has deformed back legs.. is he part German Shepherd? If so he might be registrable but if he isn't then he's not registrable because he's deformed. He's also going to be harder to align correctly. Right now he's too far from the camera and his head isn't centered.

It's fine that you're new, I just figure a visual representation of posing is easier for some people The Legend Ink one in particular is very detailed on the aspects of a pose so that should definitely help you.

Don't worry about the PKC# unless they have parents registered with the PKC.. which if your knew to this I'm guessing they don't. You will know if your dogs breed if PKC recognized by going here petzkennelclub.co.uk/breeds.php By searching for the breed, clicking on it then looking to see if the breed file is there. You have to adjust the dog so you can not see the back leg. It is hard at first but you will get the hang of it. You have to keep picking him up, and waiting for him to throw a pose. To make a picture in a png I open it in paint and save it as a png, if you have Petz A you can change the setting so pictures automatically save as png. Hope I helped

1. Almost there! That's really close. The alignment could probably be a tiny bit better and so could the head (it should be like you only see one ear when the head is aligned). Also if you want to show in the PKC, they only accept petz that are age-100 on the brainsliders or 100% full grown. 2. Looks like a low breathing point, but it's too far from the camera. Head would've been nice if it had been aligned. 3. Not a pose. If at any point the eyes are actually looking ahead and not at the camera (even in profile poses, the dog looks at you) then it's not a pose. 4. Unaligned, same problem as #2

Maybe this example will also help with posing your dogz=]. See how his head is centered? It might be helpful to look at the noseshines as well, when trying to figure out if the dog's head is centered or not. If they look like this, then they're perfect. Unlike PKC's show breedz, the original petz game breedz will always have some pixels sticking out from behind the legsm you just have to keep practicing to know just what the right angle is to position them in, so they'll have a perfectly alligned pose when you hit the space bar^^. I also see that you're trying to pose your puppies which is quite alright, obviously=p but know that most judges will only allow full grown petz to be entered in pose shows (age 100 on the sliders).
