I don't really show catz, and only have one that I am trying out in the show ring, and she's not doing great, despite me following guidelines lol. so I figured I'd try getting another cat into the ring! please help, constructive criticism would be delightful. c: ty!

I had Shebaatje help me out with my cat poses and she told me what to look for if you can see a little bit of the wrist sticking out from behind the other foot then they are aligned (lol if that makes any sense) I circled it for you so you know what I'm looking at lol. Also make sure that the tail is curved more The eye lids look good though!

^Though make sure not too many pixels are poking out behind the front feet... I believe your beautiful Cali is just a few pixels off from a perfect allignment? scratch that, I checked again (also with one of my own Cali's) and I think it's just the black coat that's making the pixels more visible, idk haha. Calico's are a pain>.< hahah Here's another pose, as an example: Cath - those eyelids are perfect!=D but (s)he could be turned a bit further away from the camera to make her have a perfect allignment. I find that the tail is hard to tell here...I mean, the tip of the tail is curved as much towards the body as possible, but I'm not sure about the whole curve of the tail (oh dear, I can't explain myself>.>) I learned from TPA's Calico guide that those Maine coon tails don't curve quite like the ''normal'' cali or Persian tails though...maybe it'll fall righti into place if the feet are in perfect allignment?

looks like my kitty's tail is as curved as it gets, idk? I've tried many many attempts and I'm compared them all and this is literally as far as it goes. maybe I'm just rubbish lol. but I've come back with these 3: I thought that the 3rd one is the best but then again idk. now that I compare it with you two's kits, the front feet still seem a little off, or is that just my eyes?

Idk about the tail, but I do know that some breeds just can't curve any further. But again, idk.
You still need to have him/her turned to the right even more. Do you see the difference in the picture of Shebaatje and yours? Look at the leg and the torso. Just try to turn your kitty a tad more to the right. Except from that, it's a pretty great pose! Calicoes are a pain in the ass. D=

Ah yes, you're right...#3 is the best out of the new poses you posted, but it could still be turned away a bit more from the camera. I also think you're right about the tail, here is a picture of one of my Calico's who also has a Maine coon tail: Also, watch out for those eyelids=] you can still get a perfect allignment & tail, but if the eyelids are off the pet is still most likely not going to place/ place high. Calico's really are the hardest cat breed to pose, in my opinion.

Perfeeccttt!=D if you're not sure about what the judge may think of the tail, I'd just make a note saying that this is as far as it wants to curve...
The eyelids/ feet look BIS worthy to me^^.
