Thanks guys! I took some notes and read them over and have a better idea of what to look for. I'll definitely PM you guys if I have any questions!
But I'm wondering if anyone who will be judging their show soon can take note in a Word Document of their thinking process as to how they decide to place each cat/dog?. I think it'd help me get an idea about comparing various breeds' poses to each other. Both dogz and catz would be awesome. I think that'd be the best help.

I've been judging shows like a year ago and I think I still can, I just have to refresh my memory. x3 I'm going to look at the placings and such, and just like Meer, comparing different breeds' poses with each other. I'm only good with catz though, since I actually have NEVER even tried posing dogz. *blushes*

But when I just wanted to have an image of all of my Tamsins looking to the right and looking handsome, I kinda figured out how to do it (only a little though, I'm still struggling xD). It isn't as scary as it seems, Marj! I know you can do it ^-^

Aww, thanks for having faith in me! c: I guess trying doesn't hurt, right? I just.. always get the 'overposed' look when I try. I'll just have to read a couple guides! c:

If you're planning on showing mainly cats, there are some up at Petz 'R Us, and I'll be continuing to keep the cat shows active. I'm not quite experianced enough with dogs to judge dog shows though, unfortunately. Maybe in the feature others will have them up? Good luck with your shows! =D petzrus.proboards.com/index.cgi

Hmmmm, I've been showing for literally almost 10 years, including member at PKC for 5.... Dogz:) I can help if anyone wants to PM me. Each judge looks for different things when judging so some of it is about what's important to you. I.e I like high heads, I prefer them, but some judges prefer a lower head on certain breeds:) But I'd be happy to share my methods

You're welcome to pick my brain over showing sometime if you like, via pm or aim, whichever suits you better. I've been showing for probably about 10 years or so now..You lose track of the time after a while.
I've done both dogz and catz, various breeds on each, and have several 100+ pointed retired petz. I'm also the admin at Legend Ink now, so feel free. ^^
