Yes. But I'd never go THAT far. I hardly have boys over unless family and tight friends' little brothers (Lol)

I actually asked my mom this question a few months ago and she told me that when she was 16 she had a boyfriend and he would stay over night at her house. She told me if I get a boyfriend he can stay over but he has to be downstairs and I have to be upstairs.

I've only had one guy who wasn't related to me stay over when I was of an age to really know anything about that. And it was never planned, it would be a we stayed up all night watching movies and both just passed out kind of thing. He's like a brother to me(and a son to my parents). So there was never any rules other than "If you fall asleep on the living room floor and I step on you to get to my coffee in the morning I don't want to hear it." ~Mom. As for actual boy friends I think my parents would have had similar rules, no shutting doors, lights on, one on the couch one in the bed, ect. I don't think I could have a guy spend the night now at all, My ex(though he wasn't my ex at the time) was helping me move some of my books and while we were in my room putting them away my grandmother kept coming back to "make sure we were behaving ourselves." So...over night? Not gonna happen, though I'm not above calling in a favor to my best friend "if you're asked I was with you last night" to go to his house. And for my dad...well let's just say I'm not going down that road and leave it at that. I don't think he'd be okay with me being in the same room as a guy at night if I married the guy.
