If it's a newbie with bad karma or warnings, I tend to avoid them. I'd rather not get annoyed by people with bad reps or who don't follow the rules. Idk, just not my crowd. Oh, and bad grammer/spelling is a real turn-off too. =P

I tend to not allow people with bad reps/really high warnings/very negative karma to adopt from me. I kinda avoid them, but I think I'm polite about it?
I don't know. xDD

I feel like this could reallyyyy be a flame bait topic, since the poll was already locked and topics like this in the past have not gone well at all. : /
Just asking if more people post to be considerate of what you say.

lol no I don't avoid them. Everyone makes mistakes. But, if i see someone constantly being rude or breaking the rules, I'm not going to be all buddy buddy with you. It only takes 10 minutes to glance over the rules, and none of them are that hard to follow! Karma and warnings really aren't the reason why I would dislike/avoid someone, its their actions.

Warnings I think can be iffy because obviously I have a warning and it was for something I consider extremely minor like putting an adoptable in my sig that was 4 pixels over the limit that I thought was small enough before a friend told me...and by then it was too late. >_> I personally don't like the warning system because many forums run perfectly smoothly without it. People make mistakes, it shouldn't be a big deal.
HOWEVER karma is different because if you have a crap ton of negative karma it's probably for a reason. You dont get nagative karma for making a mistake usually... you get it because of immature/rude actions. I'll give people negative karma for complaining about not getting a hex they applied for when they didn't have anything to offer in the first place. Or if someone blatantly tries to copy someone elses work. If people lie.... etc.
Like Kenzie said....it's not the karma and warning that turns us off it's the peoples actions...

It all depends on the person's attitude. Warnings and negative karma can be given for the littlest things like having your siggy go over the pixel limit, or like forgetting to put Petz 5 in the thread title, etc. People have bad days, and forget the rules, I mean come on, there are a lot of rules. It doesn't necessarily mean the person is rude or they didn't read the rules, people forget. That is just what I think Good question

^^ Yes, but if you forget the rules, why not go back and re-read them? There are a few rules, but they aren't hard to follow/remember. If someone has -a lot- of negative karma, and super high warnings, I tend to avoid them. But like Kenzie said, its their actions. Improper grammar/punctuation gets a bit annoying if its constant :/

^ Buuuut.. usually if you 'forget' the rules then you don't know you forget them. Like I got my first warnings by not putting Dog or Cat in the title when asking for pose help. It's not like I knew I was forgetting something, I just constantly.. didn't realize XD.
Edit;; And also, CrazyPeoples, it's not good to delete your posts.. (like in between Kika and Kay's posts. It makes it look like Kika's talking to Kay instead of you from when you had a post there >>;)

I definietly don't avoid them I'm nice to them... though I'm pretty sure I'm relatively nice to everyone, haha. Though I sometimes come to RKC to post adoptions because I like being able to put rules such as "please do not apply if you have a 5% warning level or higher". Just makes me feel a little better, you know? I actually don't really look at karma... cause... I forget that it's there xD But if I happened to notice that someone had really negative karma, I might get worried. Though I think negative karma and higher warning levels go hand in hand (if you've got one, you've probably got the other).

I don't try to avoid people with warning levels/neg. karma, assuming that it's not really high. In my opinion, if it's under the 5% range, then chances are, the reason for the warning(s) was probably from an accident...not malicious rule-breaking.
If the person -does- have a high warning level, then no, I don't avoid them, but I wouldn't feel comfortable (unless I know them well and trust them) adopting out pets to them, hexing something for them, etc. I'm not sure; that's just how I feel. :\
