I was looking for supplies for a project and I stumbled across my sister's old palm pilot (m500 is all I can see on it for a name). I was wondering if you pay for it, like a cell phone? Or is it just that you purchase it and that's it? I'm trying to turn it on, but I don't want to if I'm going to have to pay for using it.
I have some old ones that look more like calculators that I know I don't pay for, but this one looks a lot more erm.. "professional" and yeah. It actually doesn't turn on, so I'm assuming the batteries are dead, but still.
Sorry I'm so clueless, haha. I don't even own a cell phone, so yeeeah, haha.

Judging by the amazon.com listing, it doesn't look like you need to pay for it as it doesn't get cell phone service or anything. Just get it charged and you should be good to go. There's a ton of sites where you can download games and stuff people have made for it. Hrmm... Perhaps I have found my next programming project.
