Pretty darn picky. It used to be routine for me to eat like.. a plate of mashed potatoes (cause they're awesome!) and then nothing else in a day because there was nothing i liked in the house. I don't let that happen anymore.
My problem is not liking intense tastes. I much prefer bland food (like mashed potatoes!). Even plain chicken can be overpowering for me, and other meats are worse. Like I said, though, I've been watching what I eat, and getting used to forcing myself to eat appropriate portions even when I'm not thrilled about the foods. It's gotten easier since I started cooking for myself - all the picky eaters should try it, much more satisfying to eat something you've cooked yourself exactly how you like it!

i am pretty picky, anything that smells or looks funny i won't even let near me. i have never been one to go and try a new food just for fun. another reason for my pickiness is my stomach is easily upset, i can't have a lot of sauces due to some ingredient that i forget the name of and a lot of oily foods make me feel sick.
