How do you 'see' your petz / petz game in reality?
By that, I mean how do you treat them, and how do you play with them? For what reasons? Do you full-on interact with your pixelated friends, or just leave the game running in the background while you're writing essays? Do you collect petz just to make other people jealous of what you have?
Overall, vote and discuss how you see your petz!

I say that petz are not just pixels, they are so unique in every way and are worth loving, therefore I treat them like I would treat any living animal, or close enough. I don't collect to make others jealous ever, I would rather have just a couple petz that are special to me, I don't care what other people think about them, they're my babiesss <3. And yes, they are a very big distraction from school work xDD.

I didn't click any because, none are how I feel. I adore my petz but, they won't take over my life. I don't care if people are jealous or w/e. If they like my petz, they like my petz ;3
My petz do take up a certain amount of time in my life but, not enough to make me distracted from other things ;3

^ Just click "other" then...? I have to admit, I'm pretty attached to my petz. They're fun to have around.

I'm attached to a few of my petz; I would honestly cry if I lost my treasured petters lol.
But in all actuality, it's just a game and while not necessary for me to have, it's a fun lil distracting to put up while I'm writing a paper :]

I didn't even see other XD *dumb*
I am very attatched to my petz also but, I wouldn't let myself become one of those people whose whole life revolved around a game.

I love to take care of my pets and all, but it isn't as far where I would have a melt down if I lost their folder or talk to them. It is also a great way to meet people.

I think of my petz as a wonderful distraction from everyday life. If I did poorly on a test, argue with a friend, bad day at work I can hop on to my computer and laugh at the silly things they do. They are more than just pixels to me.. when I'm out at work or a store and I'm thinking "Hey it would be neat to see how many points so-and-so can get" or "I wonder if I can hex that...." then it's more than just a game!!
I also love all the friends I've made in the PC. I love hopping online and seeing what everyone else is up to and what new hexes people have come up with. I use my petz to meet friends XD People in RL do that no? :3
I don't view them as I would my real pets though. I can't put Cody on my flash drive in case he runs away or gets deleted and I defiantly love him more. That doesn't mean I wouldn't be upset if my computer and external hard drive both crashed and I lost my pixel-kids.

I chose 'Other'.
I don't use them as distractions, per se. I play with them just like I would anything else. They're not much different from any of my other artificially intelligent virtual pets (my Chaos, Nintendogs, etc.). I'm someone who's very capable of feeling empathy and love for inanimate objects, and, in this case, virtual objects. I certainly don't love on them exactly like I would if they were real. But I wouldn't pick up one and drop it just for fun, even though no one would *actually* get hurt. I'd feel bad. I love my Petz in my own way.
... Just like I love my Nintendo DS, Hojo.

My petz are simply a distraction. I hold value on them, but nothing like I do on RL things like my real petz. They are simply pixels, and though I do get attached, I also get attached to things like websites, layouts, graphics, and teddy bears haha.

Hard for me to pick out of those. There are some of my petz that I love as if they were real animals. Monet and Maui are two of those. But it's also a way for me to get the feel of showing dogs and cats, and raising/breeding them, while I live in a place that cannot allow me to do that.
My answer is basically, it depends on the pet. Some of my petz are very very dear to my heart, and I bawled my eyes out when my cat Rinji corrupted. However some of them, namely breeding projects, mean nothing to me and I just see those petz as ways to earn PA money or get some nice trades.

Well I'm personally really into hexed petz because it's art to me. Like it's literally a form of digital art...that you can play with!! I love hexing and I love owning hexes because it's like art with a personality XD. Pretty to look at and fun to play with.
I only breed when I'm bored. But yea as far as bred petz...I guess it's cool that you can mix any breeds you want where in real life you can't just go buy a chihuahua and a sheepdog and a great dane and breed them.....Not gonna happen lol.
And Zekumi I love my petz too haha so your not alone. I feel bad if I accidently drop a pet or something... I give it a treat to make up for it lmao. Seriously I'm a dork XP

My pets are like real animals to me. I can have no pets in real life because my step mom is allergic to cats and cats. So they are my pets.
