And to think, I just wasted a week reading all the hex tutorials on the web... I'd still recommend knowing hexing basics... and besides, I helped write some of those "wasteful" tutorials. >9.9<

I have a few questions: When I try and Hex on this awsome program (lol I hate all those numbers on the others! ) But, I get the Mutt out, then after awile, my WHOLE computer freezes. When I do one like lets say a Aussie, it looks all bloated and parts are hanging out... Am I doing something wrong here?

The Aussie breeds have errors in them: They have fractional ball sizes and Pet Workshop does not support them. As to the freezing, what is your computer? What is your operating system? What is your graphics card?

Do you want to change the texture on a single ball? Use the "Ball Texture" brush - at the bottom of the window select the texture you want to paint and left click on a ball to paint it. If you want to change a texture over your whole dog, go to the "Textures" tab, click on the texture you want to edit, then click "Edit". Click the radio button next to "Select texture", then you can pick a new texture from the list. Click Ok to save.

Pet Workshop is simply error intolerant. Things to look out for is fractional ball sizes (0.5 etc). Petz doesn't support these, neither does Pet Workshop. Opening your breeds in LNZ Pro and using the error checker will probably point out things to you. The next release fixes a crash if you have -1 in the relative ball column (the last one) for Add Balls, which should let it open some more breeds.
