We have all had it happen.. we think we've bred the perfect dog and then we get a look at those eyelids. >_<' The good news is.. you can change them!
Changing your petz eyelid color is very easy if you have the right tools! It may seem silly to have a whole tutorial for such a simple task.. but once you can master this simple .pet file hex you can go on to do major color changes to improve the look of your pets! PLEASE remember to make a backup of your pet before you try this!
One thing: Be courteous to those who may adopt this pet in the future! There is nothing that I hate more than thinking I'm adding a dog with great selfie eyelids and beautiful eyes to my lines and then finding out the dog was hexed and doesn't produce well. Please remember to tell people that you have hexed the dogs eyelids!
This is my baby Valkyrie~
She has a lot of sentimental value for me. She is the daughter of my favorite tamsin Tazer who's file corrupted last year -and- Hope a dog bred 100% from my own lines. Val has one problem : her eyelids!
How to fix them:
1) Close your game and open LNZ pro (you can download this here: www.sherlocksoftware.org/page.php?id=14)
2) Open the file for the pet you wish to edit and click on the box to open the tabs
3) Click on "Adult"
4) Scroll down or hit Ctrl+F and search for "Eyelid Color"
5) The first number listed is the current color of your petz eyelids. Vals are 105 and I want them to be 55. Simply highlight the current number and change it to the number of the color you want!
Here is a color chart for you to use:

6) Next repeat the process under the "Child" tab to make the puppy version of your pet have the same eyelid color.
7) SAVE!!! and close LNZ pro
8) Re-Open petz and take your pet out. You will see that the eyelids are still the same..
9) Click the dog icon next to your dogz name (in Petz 5) and go to their profile. Once in their profile click "Restore Original Colors". This is ONLY in petz 5. In petz 4 you need to go to the top bar and click Petz> Restore Original Colors > Valkyrie.
10) Your Pet should now have a new eyelid color!
Some things to remember:
-When you breed the do they may still pass on their original eyelid color
-You may have to put the dog away after you hit "Restore Original colors" and then bring them back out for the change to take effect.
-ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR DOGZ BEFORE YOU EDIT THEIR FILES!!
I hope that was helpful for you guys! If anyone has anything to add please let me know!
