Several requested files have been posted today! All three are available for Petz 3-5. Please note that Pikachu's graphics aren't as pretty in Petz 3 and 4 because of the limited color palette. I am quite saddened by this, but I couldn't do a whole lot to improve it. www.mythicsilence.com/malevolent~ECRose

More new things: The Petz 3 and 4 versions of the pink barbell suffer a bit, but that's true for so many of my toyz that I feel like it goes without saying. =P www.mythicsilence.com/malevolentHave fun! ~ECRose

Thanks for the link! And thank you for the compliments, bec!
I've made a few alterations to my website's appearance, so please refresh the page to get the latest version. This should clear up any quirks or anomalies. If anything isn't working properly after refreshing, please let me know.
Also, I would love to get some feedback. Do you like this layout better than the old one? Is it easy to navigate? Any comments would be appreciated. I want my site to be as pleasant and user friendly as possible.

I liked the old one for general visual appeal, but I have to admit that this one is much more intuitive. It's got a neat feel to it, too. I like it! If you don't feel like reforming your banner to the new style yourself, I'd be happy to help. You've got great skill, so I'm sure you can do it just fine, just thought I'd offer if it was too time consuming for you. I've got lots of time on my hands for a few weeks.

Thanks for the feedback! I haven't quite decided how I want my RKC banner to look yet, so I haven't changed it. I appreciate the offer though. I was hesitant to change the layout since I'm a huge Tarot enthusiast and I felt like that layout really combined my petz and Tarot interests. However, I know it was hard to read the card captions on the navigation bar and that always bugged me. I also wanted more room for buttons so that you could get pretty much anywhere from the index page. With this layout you can get everywhere from the navigation bar except the 2nd and third page of playscenes. It was a bittersweet change, but this retro layout is a modified version of my old retro layout, which I always really liked. I guess I just always feel like my layouts have some little nagging something that makes them miss the mark for being that perfect setup that I will want to keep forever. I don't know if anyone else ever gets that... I think it is just getting a bit harder for me to have user friendly and attractive layouts because I have so much stuff.

I absolutely get that feeling. Don't have any good advice for coping with it, I'm afraid.
All I have to say is I'd rather have a little bit of site clutter than a lack of your awesome hexed goodies around. You're too awesome not to have around.

That's exactly what it is! Site clutter. It drives me crazy that everything looks so cluttered. I've been going through my content pages and deleting every bit of non essential text, trying to make everything look a bit more tidy. It never seems to help and sometimes I really need to have a disclaimer or some instructions. Sometimes it also makes me sad that I have to delete every comment or remark that I make that gives my site personality. It is so cold and empty, but there's no room for "me" on there. People just want to get their stuff and go.
My first instinct is to replace the animated gifs since they are tacky. However, people have told me that they are more likely to download something when they see it has animations. That has made me hesitate a bit. Even if I delete the .gifs and all the non essential text, the fact remains that a huge list of download links and toy pictures will never be pretty or fit into a small, attractive layout.

Trying another new layout today. Please let me know what you think! Everything should be working in all major browsers. You might just have to refresh a time or two.

Thank you! *happy dance*
May I ask what your screen resolution is?
I am hoping this layout is better for folks using 1024x768. I know the background image pretty much gets lost, but site utility seemed okay when I tested it.

My resolution is 1360 x 768. When I momentarily changed it to 1024x768 I could still see all of the links. My laptop has a wide screen so the 1360 x 768 is better.
