Sometimes if you hit alt-tab or the windows start button that will go away, not all the time though. It's a quirk of petz on larger screen resolutions XD

Hi and welcome back! I'm an INFJ also, for a long time since high school like you. Personality-stuff-wise I'm super into the enneagram these days though. So much fun! I'm a type one!

So, I also test as an INFJ. Supposedly that's one of the rarest types, and yet, here we all are, partying in this thread!
This makes me wonder whether Petz, its old-school community, its reliance on internet messageboards (as opposed to chats), or the combinations thereof have a high probability of fulfilling a certain kind of person.
I don't take any personality tests as gospel myself, but there is definitely something to the mix of data analytics, coding, and deep emotional attachment present in this game that hits a very unusual mark, you know?

I have thought that too Keyglyph! This isn’t the first message board that has turned up a greater than likely number of INFJs, supposedly the most uncommon MBTI.

I think it's because a lot of IN's tend to gravitate toward online interaction. I tend to find a lot of INFJ INFP INTJ in communities I hang around that are geared toward arts or making things whenever discussions come up about the types.

Makes total sense.

I've also often noticed that a lot of message boards have "INs". I agree about us gravitating towards online interaction. I've always have a tough time making friends irl. Whether it's because our interests don't line up, I'm too introverted, or something else causes a personality conflict.. I really can't stand the small talk or pointless talk, that a lot of people have. ):
I have a lot of people who want to call themselves my friend, but at the end of the day, I feel they are acquaintances at best. My fiance tells me it's because I don't want to let people in, but I really don't feel like most of them are "friends". I typically have very little in common with them. It's really sad, but it's something I've grown to accept. And I am OK with having online friends. Sometimes, they make the best ones. <3
I guess I probably let my feelings out a little bit there. xD Sorry guys.

I just took the enneagram test. It's been a looong time since I have done that one. I got type four. (: Reading about it..I can say it's scarily accurate! o__o

I was stuck between 1 and 4 for so long, just couldn't decide which one... they do share a convergence line so the more I learned, it does make sense! And there are sub-types too. Anyways I'll stop geeking out, it's just been a "hobby" of mine for the last year or so!

And I am OK with having online friends. Sometimes, they make the best ones. <3 I met one of my best friends on a message board when I was thirteen. She was my maid of honor ten years later. It is now ten years after that, and we're still besties. :)
