Which is the quickest way to breed a litter in petz 4? I know there was meant to be an autobreeder but I know its still being worked on at the moment. Even petza can get rather annoying when its one puppy/kitten at a time. Any advice on how to do it quicker? Thank you

I use a autohotkey script! It works in conjunction with PetzA. I think there's a few floating around, but I know one can be found here: jewellz.net/

Never tried it, but I’ve heard you can make copies of the female before hand. Then breed the male to all the copies. Might be a little quicker, but you still have to do all the other steps, plus make the copies... so it probably isn’t much quicker than the usual single breeding way. :/

^ You could do that, although I always noticed P5 breeding actually seemed to produce less interesting results? They always seemed watered-down somehow compared to P4.

(sorry if I'm derailing the original question) All I know is a few people agreed with me that they noticed the same thing. Seems like I get a lot more bland results when breeding there, for some reason! I'd definitely be interested to know if it's an actual fact or a bunch of coincidences though xD

Because I get all sorts of interesting results from breeding my Sammies, but they're also a selective breed. I did do a project way back in the day with P5 where I bred every single one of the Siamese color possibilities, but I don't know if that took longer or not than it would've in 4.

What I've noticed when breeding four at a time in Petz 5 is that you'll often get "twins", ie, two in the litter looking exactly the same as each other. This is more noticeable in mixies, since they have a greater range in body shapes and parts and such that they can have. Whereas when breeding two mixies in 3/4, you could breed them a dozen times and probably never see two identical Petz. Because of that reason, I generally breed mixies in 3/4 and purebreds in 5, since with purebreds I'm only breeding for fur and eye color mutations and I don't mind seeing the same one pop up so many times randomly lol. In fact, sometimes it's nice to have multiples!

(sorry if I'm derailing the original question) I only breed in Petz 5, mostly because I love the ability to get 4 petz per litter -- it's so much faster! I do get twins, but not all that frequently -- I'd say maybe one set in 10 litters?
I think one reason people notice more diversity when breeding in P4 may be because it's like throwing the dice 4 separate times to get 4 petz, while in P5 you get the 4 petz in a single breeding session? If I breed the same petz 4 times in P5, I have a lot of diversity between the 4 litters. Sometimes littermates have similarities, and sometimes they look completely different from one another.
I save a screenshot of all my litters' birth certificates, so here are a few examples of litters by different sets of parents that I bred in P5, 4 litters each. I think that if you look at them by column instead of litter row, that's a fair comparison to breeding them 4 times separately in P4. Pretty good variety in body parts, colors, textures, and also personalities.
Couple 1 - Litters 1 to 4: Couple 2 - Litters 1 to 4: Couple 3 - Litters 1 to 4:
Couple 4 - Litters 1 to 4:
Couple 5 - Litters 1 to 4:
