Your link doesn't lead anywhere. Also, if you're tying to point the finger at a specific member, this is not the place to do it. You'd need to take something like that up with Ratqueen or one of us moderators.

I apologize, I'm having trouble understanding exactly what you're saying. If you honestly feel there's an issue that needs to be addressed, maybe try taking it up in a private PM with Ratqueen or one of the other moderators instead of here in 'Rules To This Board'?
edit: Oh, you mean like when someone posts an off-topic comment and puts something like [spam][/spam] around it? I don't think that's something that anyone would really consider actual spamming. Actual spamming would be more like going into someone else's thread and deliberately posting comments irrelevant to the original intent of the thread, or creating a thread that doesn't encourage or require conversation or discussion (i.e. is pointless).
Is that what you meant?

Oh, Petzperson, I know what you mean. They don't think of it as spamming because they know it is spamming. People spam on perpose, but if someone make sa gorgous hexie, they dot the spam thing, just because they are complimenting the hexie, but it isn't their thread. I think it is ok if they know they are spamming...

Quick question: Are you allowed to talk about politics?

Yes, but if it gets out of hand don't be offended if we have to lock the thread. Especially since it's so close to an important election, there cannot be any sort of personal or political attacks on anyone.

Alright. I know on one site I was on, they banned me because I said I didn't like this one presidents views and such, and then I got attacked and banned for no reason. So, I was just curious, thanks!

I have a rule suggestion:
The 5 word rule: any post must be at least 5 words in it. This will keep people from making short, blunt responses.(It might also help with short spam)
I have been getting annoyed with a lot of people making short, one-word responses when they can easily make it a few more words. Either people are getting lazy, or they aren't courteous enough to write a longer response. This rule is just a simple suggestion and I am not trying to offend anyone, I am merely suggesting that people should put a little more time into what they write.

Hm. I personally find that to be a perfectly reasonable suggestion. The Game Room would have to be an exception, of course, but apart from that and the freebie boards, I don't see how it could hurt.
I'll take it up with the other mods and see what they think.

yes, boards like the game room and freebies would be an exception. I feel that it would help with stopping lazy responses. Thank you for considering Zekumi!

I think even the freebies should have that rule. Maybe to meet a five word limit would encourage people to say "Please may I have ____" instead of just saying "________ my email:".

I don't know... it seems kind of superfluous to me. We have a lot of rules already Maybe I could put this idea up as a special poll, to see what the majority thinks though.
