Yeah, most of this doesn't bother me... I mean, there are newbies, and then there are noobs, if you get what I mean; it's annoying when someone just doesn't seem to want to use their brain, but some people are just trying to figure things out. Same for popular people... in the community I'm most active in, popularity is directly proportionate to how nice a person is and how active they are as a developer. People like them because they're giving back to their online community. There's no valid reason to dislike them.
My biggest peeves are trolls, inactive mods, favoritism, and "senior" member syndrome. The worst forum I ever visited had a lethal mix of all of the above; a troll who spent all day harassing preteen members and trying to force them to leave because he didn't think they deserved to be on the same forum as oldbies like himself, and one active moderator who not only condoned his behavior but threatened to ban anyone who spoke out against him, and eventually made him a moderator.

It's not really nice popular members that I mean, those are fine of course. It's usually the reason why some members get so popular. I've been on some forums where people will adore and coddle a single member strictly because they annoy and harras other members. People find it amusing and encourage them to continue, and so gain "popularity" from it. I'll admit that option isn't very well worded. They're more like...trolls with an audience, I suppose?
*And I just realized that I spelled grammar wrong. EPIC FAILURE.

^This, what Batbandit has mentioned. X__x;
Went ahead and used all 10 alotted choices: Trolls, Hot Heads, Vanishing Members, Bad Grammar, Flame Wars, Favoritism, Immaturity, Senior Member Syndrome, Misunderstandings, and Other {the "Clique Syndrome" or Elitism}.
New members I tend to want to help, even when they seem annoying or rude. I sort of feel this need or calling to try and help them improve their postings and behavior, if that makes any level or manner of sense. =P
I've been gone for a long time and still need to learn who everybody is again, but it does seem like a lot of the old members I knew might not be here anymore. I miss you all. Or maybe everyone has just undergone name/nickname changes and I have yet to learn them. ^^; Seems like most of the Petz forums have gone ghost town, though, which is very saddening. ='{
I am very bothered by people that like to start sh*t, i.e. flamers, trolls, attention seekers, and the like. I've experienced what I felt was bullying in the PC on more than one occasion, as well as witnessed it at other times, and that is not something I am prepared to tolerate. The ganging up on a member by other members, as well, also grinds my gears. >w<X;;
Accepting that I'm no perfect grammar user myself... Bad grammar, misspellings, or misuse of words -- I feel -- shouldn't even exist except among those who are non-native English speakers and are still learning. By the time we are old enough to use forums or social networking sites {in my opinion} I feel we've had plenty of time to master the basics of English grammar, spelling, and proper word usage, and if not there are plenty of dictionary and grammar websites out there to remind you or help teach you, as well as the typical built-in handy dandy spelling helper in most browsers in this day and age. -_-x; I don't get too terribly annoyed by it, but it does tend to rub me the wrong way and, in some instances -- for some reason -- cause me to feel slightly less for that person. ~_~;
I tend to be among those who "vanish without a trace", mostly due to just being plain too dang diddly dawg tired and worn out by the time I finally get any free time or time to myself to come online to the forums like I would like to or fulfill my Petzy duties. <_>;
I'm generally a mild mannered individual, however, so I am not particular OVER bothered by most of these. =3 I tend to, typically, be a multiple chance giver and easy forgiver. P=
