As I said before, I see nothing wrong with changing eyelid colors to natural on personal petz, but I do think that if you put petz up for adoption and you've hexed their eyelids to be selfie that you should make a note of it^^. Because I know I would be a little disappointed if I thought I was adopting a pet with natural selfie lids and later it turns out that they were hexed...
But other then that I don't really care if people hex eyelids etc.=]

Absolutely. I think that's definitely where the limit is. If I knew I was putting the pet up for adoption and wasn't planning on keeping it, I would definitely leave the eyelids alone, because I wouldn't want to make that choice for the adoptee. It's up to them! ;D

I'm like Neco in that I don't really pay much attention to eyelids unless they're so ugly it catches my eye. Sometimes I see a pet with selfie eyelids and think they look really awesome, but it isn't something I concern myself with because if I find a pet's eyelids really ugly, it'll only take 2 seconds to fix them. I know a lot of people want selfie eyelids, but I don't even bother with eyelids when breeding since I like breeding litters with as much color variation as possible, and I think it's probably very unlikely to get natural selfie lids on 4-5+ different coat colors from a single pair. I mean, I don't think there's a selfie eyelid "gene" in Petz. But I see absolutely no problem with hexing eyelids, it's such a small thing that seems of very little consequence to me. It's all a matter of personal preference, just like pretty much everything in petz. *shrug*

I really don't hex the eyelids on my Petz, but they're mostly selfie anyway...or maybe the breeders hexed them. I don't see anything wrong with it though, lol. XD

When breeding, I breed for selfie eyelids or black eyelids. If the colors don't match - it gets kicked from the batch. (see what i did thurr?)
Anywho, on a serious note, I never really adopt petz with mismatched lids, but if I ever do I'd hex the lids. I wouldn't like to adopt a pet with hexed lids and me not know about it, either. :c

I have no problem hexing eyelids for my own pets. I don't always hex them to selfie though. Sometimes dark grey lids of a black pet for instance looks ok. I wouldn't feel comfortable hexing eyelids of pets that I was putting up for adoption. It is a shame though as sometimes I've had some nice pets come from breeding but the lids don't look great so I've not put them up as I doubt that they would get as much interest. I did consider making a duplicate and hexing the lids of that and show a picture of the hexed and unhexed versions so people could have a choice of which version they would want sent to them and they would know up front what the lids look like in regards to breeding but that just seemed like too much work.
