Wow. I have to say, I am surprised most people here seem to be 17 an up. I was expecting far younger. I suppose lots of us joined RKC 'back in the day', and just couldn't leave yet ^^
I'm 23. I can't believe I've been friends with some people in the Petz community for 10 years O.O Hell, I was at the old Communityzero (is that what it was? Something like that) sites long before I joined RKC in 2003, so that really says something. Wow.

I'm 21. (:
Actually, I'm surprised there's so many younger people, since the games are pretty old by now. O:

I'll be a shame when all of us oldies stop playing (even if it's a long while from now) and that this game is so old that hardly any newbies will be in it. I feel like the community keeps shrinking. D:
I feel like we need to find a way to promote/advertise the game to keep it aliveeeee... haha xD
Or hey, who knows, maybe it'll end up being some of our kids that end up taking over the P.C. har har

^^^ I was just thinking about that the other day. Since the game doesn't get any new advertising and it's barely even accessible... the community might die out. Buuut maybe we can find a way to keep it going! I've been trying to think of ways to promote it but no luck so far.

Buuut maybe we can find a way to keep it going! I've been trying to think of ways to promote it but no luck so far. We might be able to promote it through other sites as a community? Like, mention it on sites that would have an audience that might also enjoy pets..... such as Neopets (depending on how you advertise it you might be able to get yourself in some hot water because they're so strict there though), wajas, yahoo answers, youtube, pokemon sites/forums, animal crossing sites/forums....... just through other games? I mean, you can download it for free and that would be a plus to a lot of people. I can't really think of any other way to promote it aside from "word of mouth" through other forums and that, though. It would be kind of interesting to have a Petz talk thread about it and see what others' ideas are/ if anyone else is interested in trying to "promote" it or get some newbies into the community. lol.

I turned 18 in August. Livin' the life of the legally allowed to drink, yo. /jealous :[[ edit: I sort of miss being young.....my brother (hes 9) went to school today for toy day, yesterday christmas party, friday pantomine and disco....... I really miss being junior school age, because they always used to do really fun things around christmas. at secondary school on the last day we have two lessons, a tutor party, a disco then we get kicked out at one :[ editedit: and Jess, thats a fab idea! I'm on Animal Crossing Community, but don't play the game anymore. Theres a load of 11/12/13 year olds around there, so I'll see if I can advertise something! editeditedit: www.animalcrossingcommunity.com/Topic/5497469/1/PETZ_C_dere go!

Tried it. Kinda. I found a few people who have played it before (and I found some people irl who have played it before, but I never told them I still played, lol). It used to be a really popular game apparently.

I expect that, in the future when we stop playing, it'll probably be the sort of game that our generation will reflect upon because it won't work on newer OS's for new kids to play. which is sad. I'll probably end up one of those people who, even with children and a career, I'll at least once in a while turn up in the PC, and still play the game/breed stuff when I feel like it. probably won't hex anymore if there's a lack of community though, since that's essentially what hexies are for amirite? showing off/adopting out I mean.
edit: holy bejesus Sarah you're 13!?!? man I always thought you were like my age hahah god I feel so old.

Who was I talking to. D: Either Rebs or Venn... Anyway, we're going to sit outside on the lawn with our dinosaur computers 50 years from now with Petz still on our old flash drives, yelling at our grandchildren and spraying them with hoses if they try to get us to upgrade.

22 in a few weeks.
As long as there's people who enjoy my hexies, I'll be around.
