Oddly enough, my eyes are so dark, they're nearly pitch black. You can see the brownish tint in them when light reflects off of them. I get it from my Indian great great grandmother. C: She had pitch black eyes, from the descriptions I've heard of her. Some of my friends say I have eyes like Pandas(Gawsh, did I blush or WHAT?). I'm awfully strange, aren't I?

Yeah, Ela, I swear - my mother has eyes that can look either blue-green, very blue, or very, very green. It's bizarre.

Then the question remains: If your eyes don't change colour (which they - technically- don't in the scientific sense, but do in the general sense) and reflect various shades depending on the light, surrounding colours, etc... Then how do you tell what colour your eyes truly are? All of them? Nothing says you eyes have to be just one colour - mine are green (my whole family's are), but in certain lights I've heard blue, so there must be some of that in there, and if we're gonna get technical, I have brown rings around my pupils. Most people have lots of colours in their eyes, makes sense that they should be brought out by different lighting.

^ Sweet I'm special then lol. My eyes are a chocolate brown, with no other colours in them. Lol mine are pure brown, and I love them because they are different.

My eyes go grey, blue(randomly light and dark, and green One time kind of purple. A guy I know has blue eyes but like a quarter of his left eye is gold, really cool too.

I have naturally bluish-greyish greenish eyes with a ring of gold/yellow around the pupil...
But they change colour alot, so sometiems they're a really pale, silvery blue, and others they're more green, and then they're just plain steel grey with a tint of blue. They always have the gold part though..
One guy told me I had cat eyes, so for good measured, I hissed and scratched him (and yes, I did know him, it wasn't just some random dude ^^)

^ My eyes are exactly the same! It's gets annoying after a while in spanish class and when your parner has to describe you and say your eye color, you don't know how to answer.

Oops! Omg, I'm a do-erk... I thought the question was "What is your FAVORITE eye color?" ... So I put blue. But I have brown eyes. ^.^ I think it's time for me and myself to take a nap.

Mine are green. But a lot of the time they look grey or blue. You can only tell that they're green if I wear a certain color, or if you get pretty close to me. This is how they look if you get close: I like them. The yellow has always been interesting to me.

Brown. Kind of hard to tell which shade it is though.
