The 90's. Was when pretty much 75% of my all time favorite songs were released.

Ummm, the only genre of music I truly like is classical, made pre 1900's ... so I chose 60's and before. I love classical piano pieces.

Hard to say. My favorite band, Nine Inch Nails, has been making music since the late 80s. I like some of the late 90s/early 00s rock though, before the plague that is rap infected the radio. e___e

jas, "Hey Mickey" is an 80s song. Google is your friend. It is a great song, though! It's so fine. It's so fine it blows my mind! I love a lot of music, but the 1960s is probably my favorite, in no small part because I am a HUGE Beatles fan. I genuinely think they are the greatest rock 'n' roll group and the most musically influential group of all time. (Of all time! /kanye) You think a "real" rock band plays their own instruments and writes their own songs? Thank a Beatle. And the range of music they could produce over their career, from "She Loves You" to "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away" (which is about their manager, Brian Epstein, who was homosexual at a time when it was still illegal in Britain) to "Happiness is a Warm Gun" to "Here Comes the Sun" to "Get Back" is just incredible. If I could travel through time, the number one stop would be a Beatles concert, probably the Apple Records rooftop concert. Lest you think I'm a one-band 60s fan, I'm also a big nerd for Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, the Zombies ("This Will Be Our Year" makes me cryyyy), The Turtles, the Beach Boys and many many others.

I'd have to say 1960s or earlier. I like a lot of music from the 1930s - 1950s.
